Before conducting your actual interview, you must have your instructor approve of your list of interview questions. Be sure that your questions are designed to include information which will answer the above questions about leadership style as well as innovation, change, and lessons learned. Once you transcribe your interview in draft form, you must run it by your interviewee for accuracy.
