BACKGROUND
This section should contain
background or historical information about your topic that sets the stage for
your research findings and that your reader needs to know to understand the
significance of your findings. For
instance, if your topic is about the current ways to prevent sickle cell Anemia
you would briefly discuss what Sickle cell anemia is and how the reaction
happens.
A Background section about what Sickle
cell Anemia (SCD) is and how a patient “gets SCD, This would lay the
foundation for your new information about how to prevent SCD.

RESEARCH FINDINGS
This is where you fully discuss the new information (research studies and
data) that you found during your literature search. This will be your largest section to aid in
the discussion of the research findings.

SUMMARY
This is the section where you
summarize your findings, add your opinions.
You want to include the significance of your findings. This section should NOT be a total re-cap of what you have already written.

CONCLUSION
This paragraph contains a final
statement about the significance of your new information and should directly
relate to your thesis statement.
